Media Company to Also Take Equity Position in ResponseLogix (TM), Inc.

Belo Corporation (NYSE: AHC) announced today that the Company has made a minority equity investment in ResponseLogix, Inc. and entered into a multiyear agreement to resell the ResponseLogix Internet-based customer lead management system to automotive advertisers. ResponseLogix, headquartered in Sunnyvale, CA, provides advanced technology solutions for managing automotive dealer Internet leads. A. H. Belo joins Shasta Ventures, GRP Partners and Belo Corp. as equity partners in ResponseLogix. In markets where AHC operates, the Company will market, sell and service ResponseLogix's full suite of products and services.
