On September 11, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a fourth quarter 2019 dividend of $0.08 per share. The dividend will be payable on December 6, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November  15, 2019. A copy of the announcement press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.

DALLAS - A. H. Belo Corporation (NYSE: AHC) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share on September 11, 2019. The dividend will be payable on December 6, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2019.
